  • Hello! I love and enjoy every episode! And I hope you already got your Soda Stream. We love ours! We strictly use it to make sparkling water. No more plastic bottles that I feel bad about. We also make simple lemonade syrup and add sparkling water when we want something sweet, or mix it with mint leaves for a hint of fragrance.

  • Hi Kristen,

I soooooo enjoy your podcast. You were asking about Kombucha. I have been making it for years, for the benefit of my gut. I drink a 1/2 a bottle each day. BUT I always drink it with a bottle or can of seltzer water!! I take it with me when I travel, or buy some then. I do not add juice, as it is fattening. Just follow a tutorial on u tube. Its just like canning, just be clean and you are!! Thanks again, Nancy
