  • I enjoyed listening to your podcast while I cleaned my house and did the fall Cozy Minimalizing. I need to get back to a cleaning routine, so I’ll try watching Diane in Denmark. Thanks for the tip. And thanks for the tip regarding Louise Penny. I loved the first book of the Inspector Gamache series and I’m on book two.

  • Enjoyed the podcast. While I may not be inspired to watch cleaning videos (wink!), I did take your recommendation to move away from paper napkins to heart. I like using cloth ones much better! Looking forward to seeing the quilts you make from this fabric!

  • Hi Kristin! I meant to comment after the earlier podcast when you first talked about knitting dishcloths. A couple of years ago, when I was first getting interested in knitting, I decided to make some washcloths for my bathroom. I picked a cotton yarn in a dark teal (to hide the inevitable makeup stains) and made them slightly smaller than a typical dishcloth. I made them all a bit different to try out various patterns: waffle, borders, simple lace patterns, etc. It was fun, I got some good knitting practice, and I ended up with a coordinated stack of useful makeup removing face cloths.
    I enjoy your podcast!
