  • Here is the “Why we are kindred spirits” comment for episode 8! I love, love, loved Eleanor Oliphant. I listened to the Audible recording, read by a Scottish person with the most loveliest accent! It got a bit dark, but I laughed, I cried, I clapped my hands all through it!! Just like your friend! I might have to steal that saying!!
I also loved Call the Midwife, during which I laughed and cried as well!!
And Little Women – what can I say?? One of my favourite classics – up there with Pride and Prejudice!
Hope your hubby’s neck is feeling better, and that you have a fabulous week!
    Michelle xx

    • Oh I bet the Audible recording of Eleanor Oliphant is stellar! Someday I will subscribe to Audible… I still haven’t had a chance to watch Little Woman, but I’m hoping to carve out some hand sewing time this weekend to indulge! So great to hear from you Michelle!
