In this episode I talk Mother’s Day, piecing my latest quilt, a bit about knitting, a few new books and shows, and what’s happening in the garden.

Here is the “Why we are kindred spirits” comment for episode 8! I love, love, loved Eleanor Oliphant. I listened to the Audible recording, read by a Scottish person with the most loveliest accent! It got a bit dark, but I laughed, I cried, I clapped my hands all through it!! Just like your friend! I might have to steal that saying!!
I also loved Call the Midwife, during which I laughed and cried as well!!
And Little Women – what can I say?? One of my favourite classics – up there with Pride and Prejudice!
Hope your hubby’s neck is feeling better, and that you have a fabulous week!
Michelle xx
Oh I bet the Audible recording of Eleanor Oliphant is stellar! Someday I will subscribe to Audible… I still haven’t had a chance to watch Little Woman, but I’m hoping to carve out some hand sewing time this weekend to indulge! So great to hear from you Michelle!
I’ve been catching up on your podcast and enjoying them! Great job!
Thanks Patty! That is so encouraging to hear!
