A couple weeks ago, when I had the sick boy, he missed the best field trip of the year. Fortunately, he got to go with another class last week. I went along as a chaperone took lots of pictures. We are lucky enough to live close to the ocean, and the field trip was called the Floating Lab. They take the kids out on a boat, drag the ocean floor, and see what they find. The day we missed the field trip, it was 95 degrees and windy. The day we went it was 75 degrees and beautiful. Not too bad. Here is a recap in photos.
How beautiful were those clouds as we were coming back into harbor? It was a wonderful day and I’m so glad we didn’t have to miss it.
