I am signed up for Heather’s Whole Food Kitchen workshop. I got so much out of her 30 Day Vegan workshops this past year. She really makes a plant-based diet doable and very yummy! I love the format of her workshops: blog posts, videos, and materials that you can print out. And there also is such a feeling of community in the comments each day.
