~ enjoying the backyard with some ice tea and knitting, the lull before the storm of:
~ a BBQ in honor of the Girl’s best friend who moved away, but is now visiting (7 giggling 13-year-old girls in the backyard. Yikes! The can make a lot of noise!)
~ a trip to the beach
~ dinner and rides and ice cream at the Santa Monica pier
Just two weeks until school starts and the calendar fills back up. Trying not to think about it and just enjoy today.
